The Grisaille Stage in Shep's New Commission

The Grisaille Stage is almost finished.  Remember in this stage my goal is to finish the drawing and get lights and darks close to correct.  I'm very happy with the commission after completely changing the colors for this stage.  Usually I use Cold Black, White, and Raw Umber.  The Raw Umber wasn't working so I switch to a Burnt Sienna and I love the difference.  This young man has beautiful coloring, and although in this stage that's not important, the Umber was just too lifeless for such a bright guy.  After a few touch ups and a suitable drying time I will glaze the painting with Bohemian Earth Green.  Then the real painting begins.  If you see anything that doesn't look perfect please let me know.    I can't wait to start the next stage which is the Warm/Cool Stage.  In the next stage the goal is to define the Warm and Cool areas of the face, and to further refine the drawing.  What do you all think?
