Mark your calendars! I'll be leading a Summer Workshop on July 28th at the Dutch Art Gallery in the Dallas area. The title is "Paint Like a Venetian". This is the first of the Triptych I'll be working on during the workshop. We will work on the steps used by the great masters of Venice in the 1500's, and the Triptych will show 3 steps. I just finished the first step, Grisaille, on this painting. Next I'll do the Dead Color stage.
